Horse Tracks: Brandon McManus is the NFL’s highest-ranked kicker according to Pro Football Focus Good morning Youth Matt Paradis Jersey , Broncos Country. When it comes to Pro Football Focus and their ranking system — sometimes we love them, sometimes we don’t. However, we chalk up today’s morning news regarding kicker Brandon McManus in the “We love it!” category.According to Pro Football Focus, McManus is the highest-ranked kicker in the league through three games this season with an overall grade of 80.8. I’m not exactly certain how they calculate grades for kickers, but by my calculations — he gets a perfect 100 — because he hasn’t missed anything thus far! To date, McManus is a perfect 4/4 on field goals with a long of 53, including a 36-yard game-winning kick against the Oakland Raiders. He has also been a perfect 7/7 on extra points. After all, his knack for big-time kicks and coming through in the clutch was the reason why Broncos Country gave him the nickname McMoney several years ago.McManus signed a three-year extension making him the league’s fourth-highest paid kicker last September, but struggled mightily during the 2017 season. He converted on just 75 percent of his field goal attempts. It was an extreme drop-off in efficiency and ten percentage points lower than his 2016 and 2015 campaigns. With that in mind, it is certainly nice to see him (as well as the rest of the special teams unit) rebounding early on this season.Let’s hope that McManus’ precision continues in this week’s battle for the AFC West lead against the Kansas City Chiefs, as well as throughout the rest of the season. As always, thank you for reading and here is today’s offering of Horse Tracks.Horse TracksBroncos Injury Report: Tramaine Brock misses Friday's practiceDymonte Thomas, Adam Jones, Brandon Marshall and Shelby Harris were limited in participation.Broncos linebacker Von Miller among those who have caught Rocktober fever“I’m pretty excited about it," Miller said. Former sports agent Joel Corry who now works at CBS Sports made a list of 11 quarterbacks who may move on from their teams this upcoming offseason. Current Broncos starting quarterback Case Keenum made Corry’s list. Here is what he had to say about Keenum and why he could be one and done in Denver. With half of the season in the books, it is safe to say that Keenum has been a disappointment and has not lived up to his contract. Should he be a lock to return next season? Hell no. However, the Broncos did give Keenum a strong two-year deal without any easy out after one season. So the Broncos would have to eat some serious dead money if they wanted to make this move. Also, if you plan on moving on from Keenum after just one year, you must have a better option in mind. The other quarterback’s Corry lists that could move are Eli Manning, Jameis Winston, Joe Flacco, Derek Carr, Blake Bortles, Ryan Tannehill, Nick Foles  , Tyrod Taylor, Teddy Bridgewater, and Marcus Mariota. Do any of those quarterbacks really jump off the table to you? Enough for you to eat Keenum’s dead money hit? My answer is not really. I could probably make a case for a few of them, but it is unlikely all of them change teams or become available in the offseason anyways. In the end, the Broncos are probably stuck with Keenum for one more season, but stranger things have happened. What do you think Broncos Country? Would you let Keenum play out his contract? or would you cut bait after one season and just take on the dead money hit?
